The Genius Switch
An 8-minute audio track, and what the sales video leaves out.
The Genius Switch is a single 8-minute digital audio track with four digital bonuses, sold for $39 through ClickBank with big claims about focus, memory and luck. Here is what you actually receive, how the daily routine works, how the 90-day refund works and what the evidence says.
- $39 one-time for the track and four bonuses
- Emailed right after checkout; no app, no shipping
- 90-day refund in the Terms and at the ClickBank checkout
- No published study has tested the track itself
A downloadable audio file, sold as "whole brain activation"
The Genius Switch is a digital product: one audio track, about 8 minutes long, that the seller calls a "targeted auditory sequence". The Terms of Sale describe it as a copyrighted digital article for personal use. You play it in whatever media player you already have. There is no app to install and nothing is shipped.
The sales video is presented by a man who introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York neurologist. We could not verify his involvement. The video says the track "syncs" the two halves of the brain using "neural sync technology", a term the seller uses rather than a clinical one, and it cites Roger Sperry's Nobel Prize, which was awarded in 1981 for split-brain research.

The Genius Switch track. An 8-minute audio file, the main product. You need headphones and a phone or computer.
Bonus 1. A guided visualization from a creator the seller describes as top-rated on the Calm app.
Bonus 2. A smart grocery shopping guide covering foods the seller links to brain fog, plus saving tips.
Bonus 3. A free copy of a classic book, more than 100 years old, on attracting financial success.
Bonus 4. A printable infographic of five habits.
What the video promises, and what we could check
Every outcome below is a claim made by the seller. We do not repeat it as a promise.
The claims
The video links the track to eureka moments, faster learning, better memory, luck, promotions and money, and stories about weight loss and easing pain. It says it "starts working the very first time you listen".
The research
Some small studies of binaural beats, such as a 2020 study of 40 Hz beats and attention that the site cites, report short-term effects. Reviews call the evidence small and mixed. No study tests this track.
A contradiction
The video says the method "has nothing to do with brain waves", yet the sales page lists binaural-beat and gamma studies as its references.
In the presenter's words
On a casino win, the presenter himself says "there is of course no evidence to support that the genius switch caused that".
How to read the testimonials in the video
We do not publish testimonials or ratings on this page, because we cannot verify them.
What the seller shows
- Video stories from people presented as "Lisa, a nurse from San Diego", "Matthew in Houston", "Ellie from Manhattan" and "Joyce Webb from Tempe"
- A claim that "18,456 everyday Americans" have been helped
- Mentions of "stacks" of five-star reviews
What the Terms say
- Feedback may be acted out by digital avatars or actors
- Some featured people may be early supporters, friends or family of the founders
- Testimonials are exceptional results and may not reflect a typical customer
- The counts are the seller's own figures, not verified
$39, and which refund page applies
Seller shows $200, $100 and $49 crossed out
- The 8-minute audio track
- Four digital bonuses
- Emailed right after checkout
- 90-day money-back guarantee
The crossed-out prices and the "not guaranteed beyond today" line are the seller's reference prices and urgency claim. Checkout adds tax or local currency.
What applies
- Terms: digital products refundable within 90 days of your initial purchase
- ClickBank checkout: return or replacement within 90 days from the date of purchase
- ClickBank order support: 1-800-390-6035
The page to ignore
- The site's separate refund page describes a 60-day policy for "NeuroActivate" bottles, unopened, returned to Tallmadge, Ohio
- That text does not fit a digital track
- Keep your ClickBank receipt and order number
A low-cost experiment for some, a poor fit for others
May suit you if
- You enjoy relaxation or focus audio and want a short daily routine
- You are happy to treat it as an experiment, as the Terms do
- You will use the 90-day refund if it does nothing for you
Better to skip it if
- You want a proven way to improve memory or focus
- You are worried about memory loss: see a doctor instead
- You have epilepsy, seizures or hearing problems and have not asked a doctor
Questions before you order
Is this the official Genius Switch website?
No. This is an independent review page published by HealthCure Guide. Order buttons are affiliate links to the seller's sales page, and we may earn a commission if you buy. We do not sell the track, take orders or handle refunds.
Is The Genius Switch an app or a game?
Neither. It is a single 8-minute digital audio track that you download and play in any media player on a phone or computer. No app or game is offered on the sales page, the checkout or in the sales video.
What do I get for $39?
According to the seller: the 8-minute audio track plus four digital bonuses, namely a guided visualization, a smart grocery shopping guide, a copy of a classic book on financial success, and a printable infographic of five habits. Everything is emailed after checkout.
How do you use it?
The seller says to put on headphones, close your eyes and listen for 8 minutes a day. You can download the track and play it offline. The video says missing a day is okay.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. The Terms say digital products can be refunded within 90 days of the initial purchase, and the ClickBank checkout states a 90-day return policy. A separate refund page on the site describes a 60-day policy for "NeuroActivate" bottles, which does not fit a digital track; the Terms and ClickBank's 90 days are the ones that apply. Keep your ClickBank receipt.
Does it work?
No published study has tested The Genius Switch track itself. Some small studies of binaural beats report short-term effects on attention or mood, and reviews describe that evidence as small and mixed. The seller's own Terms say the products are provided for entertainment purposes only.
Who is Dr. Daniel Barone?
The presenter of the sales video introduces himself as Dr. Daniel Barone, a New York neurologist. We could not verify his involvement, and the site's Terms say testimonials and feedback may be dramatized with digital avatars or actors.
Can I find it on YouTube, Spotify or Amazon?
Not according to the sales video, which says the track is not sold on Amazon, YouTube or Spotify and that tracks found there are not the same. Order only through the seller's sales page, which checks out through ClickBank.
Is it safe to listen to?
Listen at a comfortable volume, never while driving or operating machinery, and ask a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a history of seizures or hearing problems. That is our general advice for any tone-based audio product.
Curious? Try it as an experiment, with the refund terms in mind.
